Our stay at the AAA Lodge got off to a rough start: our travel agent, Russ, had encouraged us to upgrade for a "glamping" experience. But, in true Fyre Festival fashion, that meant parking us in hot, sweaty, rubbery tents at the edge of the property -- in two locations not near each other.
Jen wasn't having any of it. She asked the desk for a better room, and followed up with calls to our agents in Nairobi. By the second day, some of the Koreans had checked out and they moved us to two gorgeous little villas next to each other.
