Ellie and I had visited Old San Juan once before. It's where we landed after our Virgin Islands sail with Mark & Kate back in 2019. It was a cool and pleasant town then, and we grazed across inexpensive little cafes. The hot and humid weather we found in 2023, along with the surrelly loud club music playing next to our AirBnB until 4am, made this stay a bit more challenging.
