Dinner at the California Grill

Em had also secured us a sunset hour reservation at the California Grill atop the Contemporary Resort. What a rare thing to be up so high in Florida, to understand the lay of the land around the parks and to see the flat, green horizon stretching out towards the Gulf of Mexico.
Though it would surprise many, it's no surprise to us that Disney has tucked away several excellent restaurants with good food, wine and cocktails, given the upper range of some of its clientele. Em's friends in the kitchen made us some special plates which we enjoyed before dinner.
