Well, this is One Mighty Freakshow. And I mean that as a compliment, of course. Did a quick shower after two nights camping with the girl scouts and jumped on the Schwinn tandem with Jen to ride down to the 2nd Annual Regatta -- bigger, more crowded, and hotter than last year's, we were told. But around 4 o'clock, everyone got too hot and left, right before the heat broke. We had a great time, watching the incredibly enthusiastic steam punks pedal their handcrafted machines down the rusty rails, drinking Lagunitas pale ale, and learning about all the wild and well-thought-out costumes and devices we saw.
