Hollywood Studio

Orlando, Florida

To anyone from anywhere else in the world, the studios at Disney World could be the least impressive part of the visit. But to those of us who spent our youth in and around Hollywood, this is beautiful to see. Old familiar sights -- some long gone, others merely decrepit -- have been lovingly recreated out here on the Florida peninsula, including the Farmer's Market, the Tower theatre, and the Pantages. Throw in a couple of pretty good stunt shows and an Aerosmith-based roller coaster, and it's worth most of a day.
