Golden Gate

In the week that JunShan stayed with us, we took her to see the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco, brought her to Nordquist dancing, and taught her how we cook s'mores. But none of this impressed her as much as our iPad, which she grew closer to as the week went on. She would snatch it up as soon as she got home from school, use it to chat with friends here and in Shanghai through the evening, and disappear with it into her room at bedtime.
