Best Beach in the World

Just a five-minute walk through tropical gardens, to a string of crescent-shaped beaches with soft, peach sand and coconut trees, sea turtles and monk seals throwing themselves up onto the beach to rest, warm water with tons of colorful Hawaiian fish, including the colorful humhumu... just might be, as The Travel Channel labelled it, The Best Beach in America.
Six years after our last visit, we reunited with the McCannells for another trip to Hawaii. They met us on the sand on our first night with champagne, which we popped under a Kauai moon.
