Afternoon Light at Sainte Chapelle

As I made my way up from the embankment in brilliant afternoon sun, I realized I was only half a block from Sainte Chapelle, and at the perfect time of day to catch the light coming in the west-facing stained glass windows. Being inside is like being in a Faberge egg.
