It's a tradition: on the first day of the fair, I take a long lunch and join the ladies for the first comedy magic show in the kids' area, performed by Barnyard Billy/Hot Rod Harley/Redwood Rich -- or whatever his name is each year, since it changes with the fair themes. We can just about say the punch lines along with him. But I think doing that distracts him, so we'll try to be a little better behaved next year.
