In hopes of standing out from all the other signs, we stocked up on foam board and markers at Duane Reade and then, in the late night after seeing "This is Our Youth", we stayed up past midnight making a 25th Wedding Anniversary sign.
Then we were up at 5am, running through the streets of Mid Manhattan before dawn to get a place in the Today show's crowd.
We stood out enough for my folks, back home in Monte Rio, to spot the sign. But Matt, Al and the team were speed running and there was no time to chat. Still it was fun to see how the whole show gets down, and to see Hunter Hayes perform.
